Building on Ohio’s manufacturing history, AeroHub is a planned, sprawling Mixed-Use Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation District designed for emerging industries and innovative technologies.  AeroHub’s competitive advantage is that it retains and attracts advanced manufacturers and symbiotic businesses through a collaboration of training partners, research entities, and emerging businesses by providing an environment that promotes cutting-edge technologies and helps build a skilled workforce.

AeroHub Phase 1

  • ·Comprised of 53 acres directly accessible to I-75 and immediately adjacent to GE Aviation, the worlds largest manufacturer of jet engines.

  • 4 (four) pad-ready sites currently available (see Real Estate Page), with direct connectivity to a new signalized roadway and all essential utilities.

  • Pond and trees retained creating a park-like setting.

  • Master Planned to include companies specializing in advanced manufacturing, R&D, additive technologies, artificial intelligence, and other high-tech oriented businesses.

  • A planned SmartTech Center for workforce development, technology acceleration, conference space and project collaboration to be prominently sited in central location (see Workforce Development page)

  • PUD Zoning enables high-end design flexibility 

  • Tax incentives available for qualified businesses  

  • Neyer Properties named preferred master-developer offering build-to-suit and lease options

AeroHub Phase 2

  • Comprised of 20+/- acres currently owned by Landmark Church in both Evendale and Glendale.

  • Extends AeroHub center core eastward to I-75.

  • Landmark Church to retain ownership and use of the existing Cemetery with potential plans to construct new facilities.

  • Roads, walking paths and infrastructure will be developed as appropriate.

  • Oak Road and east-west private road along northern edge of pond will be retained until a public street can be constructed.

  • Phase 2 is contingent on land acquisition and favorable zoning in Glendale.

AeroHub Phase 3

North of Glendale-Milford Rd

  • Located mostly in the Village of Glendale, adds land north of Phases 1 & 2 up to Sharon Road

  • Provides Blvd. connectivity to the City of Sharonville’s Northern Lights District which includes Princeton High School, the Sharonville Convention Center and several quality hotels and restaurants. 

  • Continued Mixed use of Office, Advanced manufacturing, R&D is envisioned for this Phase along with potential for some retail/entertainment

  • Large green buffers will be retained along the perimeter of AeroHub bordering residential areas.

  • Chester Road would terminate in a cul-de-sac south of Sharon Road

  • Phase 3 is contingent on favorable zoning in Glendale (the land is currently zoned residential) and some property must be acquired for roadway/utility construction.

 

South of Glendale-Milford Rd.

  • 50 +/- acres in Evendale

  • Evendale and neighboring jurisdictions have been working with the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County to relocate an existing Police Firing Range 

  • The site is being studied for inclusion in AeroHub in a manner that provides economic development and job growth opportunities for all neighboring jurisdictions while remaining consistent with the AeroHub Master Plan.
